Grace’s career reached epic heights in 2023 as she quickly became one of entertainment’s best fire performers. Just when she thought she broke through the glass ceiling, another opportunity presented itself: the chance to shatter the competition in America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League! Within a week of receiving the call, Grace was on set, preparing to astonish the judges once again in this brand-new competition. 🌟
Taking on several new opportunities at once is a balancing act Grace has perfected effortlessly. Between traveling to nine cities for various performances and filming for multiple projects in one month, it’s undeniable that she’ll overcome any pressure she faces. “It surprises me what my mind and body are capable of sometimes. I think the biggest challenge was coming up with an act in one week that would top the last acts I did on America’s Got Talent, but I knew what my strengths were as an artist, so I decided to perform the things I knew best.”
Being a recent contestant on AGT gave her an edge against her opponents, but because the judges had stakes in the game, the competition reached a whole new level of intensity. This didn’t intimidate our Girl On Fire, though, and under the wing of her mentor, Heidi Klum, Grace was nothing less than eager to take the stage and do her thing. 😉 “It was amazing getting to meet Heidi and absorbing as much insight as I could from her! She has been judging this show for years and obviously knows what it takes to have an act win.” Grace says their collaboration had her buzzing with ideas, and because the show was pre-recorded, she could shake off nerves much easier than when she had filmed the first live show.
A whirlwind of training and perfecting her routine, all while building and rekindling friendships, made for the perfect time on set. Grace had the chance to connect with Kristy Sellars and Aidan Bryant, two acrobatic acts she’d seen and admired during their time on America’s Got Talent. Plus, she was reunited with friends from season 18 of AGT. “It was so much fun to hang out with them again on set. I feel like we all have a special bond because we experienced the same things just a month ago.”
